v  Deductor has to deduct the Tax.

v  Jisko tax katana hoga

v  Yeh tax isiliye start hua tha taki tax jo hai FY k doran hi jama ho jaye.

v   Plus, Tax agar sath sath jama hota jayega toh tax ki chori kam hojayegi.

v   Yeh tax stotra par hi kata jata hai.

v  Aur kate hue TDS ko Sarkar k TDS account mein jama karana hota hai.

v  Whose tax has to be deducted?

v  Deductees tax has to be deducted.

v  Jiska Tax cut raha hai.

v  Payment amount mein TDS ka amount jod kar isse payment li jati hai.

v  In case of INDIVIDUAL/HUF:

v  Inka Tax tabhi kata jata hai agar inki books U/S 44AB audit hoti ho.

v  Does TDS needs to be deducted at the course of all the payments?

v  Income tax department has already declared the cases wherein TDS have to be deducted.
