The time duration of the exam is 3 hours. The marks of the theoretical paper is 80 marks and the Practical/ Project Work consists of 20 marks. The total no. of questions in the theoretical paper are 34. There are 5 types of questions in the theoretical paper:

1.     Objective type questions consisting of 1 mark

2.     Questions with short answer I consisting of 3 marks

3.     Questions with short answer II consisting of 4 marks

4.     Questions with long answer I consisting of 5 marks

5.     Questions with long answer II consisting of 6 marks
